When making bread if on the second time it proofs in the fridge can you put it in the oven without being warm?

Can you take bread dough from the fridge if doubled in size and put it directly in the oven? When making bread if on the second time it proofs in the fridge can you put it in the oven without being warm?
Yes, no problem. It just gives you the benefit of a crispy crust and soft and moist inside. sprinkle the dough with a little water just before baking to encourage more steam. When making bread if on the second time it proofs in the fridge can you put it in the oven without being warm?
You can, but it's not reccomended. why, I don't know.
You can but it won't work. You'll have less than prefect bread, but if that's not a concern go for it!
Yes.

Read the instructions on one of the ';poppin fresh'; Pilsburry cans... Essentially the same thing. (except done at home should be better)
first of all dough has to be proofed in a warm environment, so the yeast can do it's work. putting it in a fridge will slow it down and probably or most likely seize up the raising process. taking cold dough and putting it in a hot oven will not work..it has to be at least room temp to not have it flop on you when you do bake it.
