I have the dough made, but should I make it thinner so the middle will cook, put it on lower heat, etc.?I'm making a pizza sized cookie, (medium pizza), is there anything that I should do different?
Cook it a little longer than the normal batch of cookies. Also, keep toothpicks handy to ensure the center is cooked before removing from the oven.I'm making a pizza sized cookie, (medium pizza), is there anything that I should do different?
Cook the same as the other pizza. Could check a cookbook for an exact time.
