Is making yourself sick after eating a takeaway or a fatty meal very bad for you?

We all know that making yourself sick everyday is very serious and is known as an eating disorder, but what if it's just once or twice a week after you've had a fatty takeaway? Would that really do much damage? Is making yourself sick after eating a takeaway or a fatty meal very bad for you?
There are better ways to handle poor eatting choices.

Choose better next time.

Workout the added calories and fat.

Try drinking green tea and water before having a fatty food to trick yourself into being full so you do not over indulge.

The problem is the habbit that is easy to develop from doing it just once or twice a week.Is making yourself sick after eating a takeaway or a fatty meal very bad for you?
Yes it is harmful and will lead on to more serious issues .

The thing to do is not eat the junk food , or reduce the portion , but as part of an overall healthy diet .

On no account should anyone adopt this practise.!!!!!
why eat the takeaway in the first place?!
Yes it still does damage. It will wreak your insides and your teeth. Eat well during the week and have your takeout once in a while. Just dont over do it. Everything in moderation
Yes, just once leads to twice, then 3 times and so on. Not a good idea. Either stay away from the fatty foods or admit you are a bulimic and seek help.
Tha would cause serious tooth decay and would turn into an eating disorder eventually as you become more and more obssessed about losing weight. I wouldn't do it, try to eat healthily and exercise regularly. This is a much less harmful way to lose weight as long as you don't overdo it.
Well you wont put on weight, and thats bad for you to.
Yes it will
Either way it's not right. Perhaps avoiding the fatty takeaway and stick to a healthy snack until the craving subsides. Everyone wants to be sick after takeaways, cause there ****.
Yes. Don't fool youself into thinking this person doesn't have a problem. Alternatively, how about just not eating the fatty takeaway in the first place?
making yourself sick in any way cant be much good for you.

Besides, wouldn't you prefer to lay off or even give up the fatty takeaways so you don't throw up and/or just eat it less often.

also, if you eat stuff slower, it tends to settle easier. When i eat pizza or shinese food i have to eat it really slowly or i get stomach cramps or a ';change of address'; card to the toilet
