I'm making a client pay monthly installments on a 3 year payment plan. How should I bill him?

He doesn't have paypal or like to write check.

Is it easy to set up a direct deposit with mine and his bank, money would automatically be transferred from his bank to mine each month?I'm making a client pay monthly installments on a 3 year payment plan. How should I bill him?
You would bill him just like any other client. How he chooses to pay should not factor in your billing procedures. If you can make an agreement with him for direct transfers from bank-to-bank (and you state that you can do this easily) then go ahead and do it - you would get paid without any hassles. Once the agreement is established, then that would satisfy the obligation, and you would not need to send him any billing statements. Of course, if he defaults before the 3 years are up, then the agreement would be nullified.
